"Documentary on Manual Scavenging and its ridiculousness."

Overview

Manual Scavenging is an all India Phenomenon. However, the Government of India is kind enough to enact Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act and implementing many schemes.
