Overview

An intimate portrait of an athlete who finds in movement a way to understand herself, grow, and continue shaping her own path. Through her preparation, training sessions, and the quiet moments that come before competition, the film approaches Joyce Njeru not only as an elite runner, but as a person shaped by her culture, determination, discipline, and a deep connection with the terrain.
